Torshi’s Mediterranean Grill

The name “Torshi” comes from the Levant pickled cucumber. Torshi’s Mediterranean Grill is a restaurant featuring halal authentic Middle Eastern food such as Falafel, Gyro, Shawarma, Hummus, and Fattoush. Falafel is a fried ball made from ground chickpeas with fava beans. Gyro is a Greek dish made of meat cooked on a vertical grill. Such as shawarma and pastor tacos, which is derived from lamb-based donut kebab. Shawarma is a consisting of thinly sliced chicken on a vertical spit that spins slowly.
