Imamia Organization of Pittsburgh (IOP) was established in May 1998 as a non-profit Islamic religious organization with the primary objective serving the Shia Muslim community in Western Pennsylvania, to promote the teachings of Holy Qur’an as elaborated by our Holy Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and his Ahlul-Bayt (A.S.) and preserving the authentic values of Islam. Imamia Organization of Pittsburgh draws its strength and guidance from the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad and Ahlul-Bayt, may peace and blessings of Allah be bestowed upon them
